Hallam Land planning application consultation for outline application (means of access from Broughton Road and Broughton Grounds Lane to be considered, with all other matters of access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for a cross-boundary mixed-use urban extension proposing up to 3,500 dwellings (2,750 in Milton Keynes and 750 in Central Bedfordshire

The site straddles both local authorities. 750 of these houses are on an unallocated site in Salford.  We need you to act now.
This application includes access for this site for all traffic except some public transport from Broughton Road. The developer says it can connect into MKEAST, but this route is only ‘safeguarded’. It is NOT part of this application. There would be some public transport access from Broughton Grounds Lane; a single track road off Fen Street in Broughton.

We need you to protect the parish so please OBJECT to both Milton Keynes and Central Bedfordshire Council.
