NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

I hereby give you notice that the meeting of HULCOTE AND SALFORD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at 7.00 pm at Mary Agate Hall, Wavendon Road, Salford on WEDNESDAY 13th NOVEMBER 2024

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum item Dated: 7/11/2024

6. To consider Planning matters to include:

a) CB/24/02754/FULLConversion of existing detached workshop to a single dwelling self build, with associated works and new access at Church House and land adjacent to Church House, Rook Tree Farm Road, Hulcote – ratification of response

b) Neighbourhood Plan update, to include next steps

c) East West Rail public consultation events

d) Planning applications received after the publication of the agenda

7. Parish Councill vacancy

8. To consider Finance matters to include:

a) Banking access update

b) Payments for authorisation

c) Initial budget consideration for 2025/26

9. To consider Correspondence and feedback from meetings Councillors have attended

10. Close of Meeting – Next meeting to be held on Wednesday 8th January 2025 at 7pm
