NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

I hereby give you notice that the meeting of HULCOTE AND SALFORD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at following the annual electors meeting at Mary Agate Hall, Wavendon Road, Salford on TUESDAY 8th SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 7PM

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum item Dated: 03/09/2026

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED

1. Welcome by Chair, and Apologies for absence

2. Personal and Prejudicial Interest to be declared for the meeting

3. Open Forum – Members of the public invited to speak

4. To Accept Minutes from previous meeting on 29th June and matters arising for information only

5. To accept Reports to include Unitary Ward Councillors – Marston Valley S106 agreement

6. To consider Planning matters to include:

a) CB/26/00403/FULL Change of use of land and buildings to open storage (B8) with ancillary workshops (B2) and offices (E(g)(i)). Changes t the external area to include external racking, drainage, landscaping, siting of storage units, a cycle store and new parking at Former Hasmead Ltd, Mill Lane, Salford – application withdrawn

b) Ratification of Parish Council response submission to local authority Call for Sites consultation

c) CB/26/02122/FULL Change double garage hipped roof line to a gable end with a window at 3 Brittens Lane, Salford

d) CB/26/02294/FULL Replace concrete tiled roof on the nave & south aisle with coated stainless steel at Church Of Saint Mary The Virgin, Cranfield Road, Salford,

e) Milton Keynes Local Plan representation at public examination hearings

f) Planning applications received after the publication of the agenda and discharge of conditions applications to be considered

7. To consider Finance and Policy matters to include:

a) Banking access update

b) Payments for authorisation to include insurance renewal

c) IT Policy for consideration

d) Vehicle Activated Speed device quotation consideration

8. To consider Correspondence including invite to Parliament by MP and Universal Studios representative attendance at a future Council meeting, Local Transport Plan Consultation Parish Council response
